No one believed me when I said nihilist skull astronauts would be the death of us, but I always knew it in my heart. Also "tight in the eye" is my new favorite phrase, I'm finding a way to use that today.

"Nihilist Skull Astronauts" is SO gonna be the name of my band!
This is so adorable! He's so confident in his briefs!
Can't bring this boi down!
Love these colors on your ink style!
Thank you~ its fun to do c:
He's adorable and I love him.
Cheers!
Great style, and its very consistent throughout the background. I'd make the outlines in the far back thinner tho, because they look like they are on the same plane as the building the character is on. I think that will add some depth to piece and make the character stand out more. Great job with this! You have a really good sense of color.
Thank you dude! Looking at this one again I should have put at least a colour overlay on those buildings to separate them from the foreground.
You always make the characters look so squishy in their ropes, like their bodies are being affected by how tight it is. I love it!
Thanks! Go tight or go home, that's what I say XD
Ahhh that tail fluff is so bouncy! I love all the secondary action in the hair, tail, ears and neck fluff, and the motion is super springy! I noticed it goes a little too fast when Flareon is in the air, and I think the leaps would look more convincing if there was an extra frame or two. Right now he's falling back down a little too fast, and those leaps look like they'd keep him in the air longer. It's a really fantastic running animation, and he looks so determined!
Aw thank you!! Thanks even more for the critique! No-one else had much to say crit wise on other places I've put this, so its nice to finally have one lol. There were just 7 frames in this altogether, so yeah I coulda done more. Everyone else was like 'So smooth for 7 frames!!'
This is so stupidly good, I love everything about this. It's so lively, but it's still highly rendered and full of tiny details and lighting effects. Brilliant work, and congrats on having the opportunity to do a comic cover!
Thanks! : >
There is a wonderful, and possibly intimidating, amount of detail here and it's awesome! I can only imagine how long this must have taken, and the work really shows. I would edit the tones in the characters, because they're too close to the background color, and it sort of muddies together. I think it would take this piece to a new level if you brought out some of the blue in cat-noir's costume, killing some of the red and separating it in temperature from the background. The details are super wonderful here, and I think it would benefit the piece greatly to add that little bit of extra contrast.
Thank you! Yeah, I'm not used to drawing detailed backgrounds so this took a while (and a ton of references!). I agree with your critique, I'm trying to use color dynamics in more interesting ways lately and this is efinitely something I'll take into consideration! Glad you like it!
I love your lines and color, it looks very natural! The spindly vines in the foreground look great too. The airbrushing in the background is a little distracting and I feel like it would have worked better as solid objects. Since its the only airbrushed thing in the the picture, it doesn't look far away, it looks out of place. The colors are perfect tho, and the lack of detail in the background works very well. Great work! The style makes me immediately interested in the characters, and its awesome.
Hello!! Thank you so so much for your critique! Now that you point it out I absolutely agree about the airbrushing things in the background, they are mostly distracting and a solid color would've worked just fine as you've pointed out! I will keep that in mind in future drawings!
And thank yo so much to for the compliments! I'm glad other aspects like the lines and colors actually hit the mark!
[The characters are from the webcomic Homestuck, btw!]
Once again, thank you so much!!!
I make the monsters for your pleasure
